Day 5 Week 1

To Free Day or Not to Free Day...

Erna:

Exercise:
  • Grocery Shopping
Food Journal:

  • Breakfast: 1 c. Kashi Go-Lean cereal w/ skim milk; protein shake
  • Snack: 1/2 turkey wrap (turkey, Havarti cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo on a whole wheat tortilla), 1/2 hot dog w/ 1/2 the bun, sm. lemonade
  • Lunch: other 1/2 of the turkey wrap, 1 handful of dark chocolate cherries, 1 handful raw almonds
  • Snack: protein bar
  • Dinner: P.F. Changs (little bit of EVERYTHING)
  • Dessert: D.Q. small chocolate malt
* I am feeling guilty for choosing to eat what I did on my "free day". I need to accept and allow myself to enjoy one free day per week. Tomorrow is another day...

  • Breakfast: muscle milk (protein drink), ham, pineapple
  • Lunch: samples @ a Food Franchisee Convention
  • Snack: CPK Cobb Salad w/ light dressing
  • Dinner: P.F. Changs (little bit of EVERYTHING)
  • Dessert: D.Q. sm. blizzard w/ chocolate ice cream, Tagalong Cookies, peanut butter, chocolate cone dip & malt
