- Breakfast: 1 c. Kashi Go-Lean cereal w/ skim milk; protein shake
- Snack: 1/2 turkey wrap (turkey, Havarti cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo on a whole wheat tortilla), 1/2 hot dog w/ 1/2 the bun, sm. lemonade
- Lunch: other 1/2 of the turkey wrap, 1 handful of dark chocolate cherries, 1 handful raw almonds
- Snack: protein bar
- Dinner: P.F. Changs (little bit of EVERYTHING)
- Dessert: D.Q. small chocolate malt

- Dessert: D.Q. sm. blizzard w/ chocolate ice cream, Tagalong Cookies, peanut butter, chocolate cone dip & malt
