Congratulations...

My baby girl was named Student of the Month for September!!! We are so very proud of you, Ryleigh. Keep up the good work.


It was also early release, so Ryleigh got out of school at 11am. Ellie didn't get out until 1:15pm, so I decided to surprise Ry and take her out to lunch. We went to Sweet Tomatoes - one of her favorites. We don't go very often since it isn't the safest place for Ellie to eat. So this was very exciting for Ryleigh and we had a great time "bonding." I think we will start planning for an early release lunch date every month. Chris was a little sad that we didn't invite him along. Sorry, Daddy, it was a Mommy-Daughter date.
We then went flip-flop shopping since Ry's feet are now hanging over the edge of most of the ones she has. After that, we went to PetSmart to look at the animals, or more accurately, the rodents. The girls LOVE PetSmart and would go every day if I would take them.

I had such a great day with you, Ryleigh, and am looking forward to next month's adventure.
