- Breakfast: Activia yogurt mixed w/protein powder & 3/4 c. Kashi Go-Lean Crunch
- Snack: protein shake
- Lunch: Sweet Tomatoes - lg. salad w/lots of veggies & red wine vinegar dressing on the side; 1 cup broccoli salad; 1/2 sm. sweet potato w/salt, pepper, cinnamon; 2 bites fat-free frozen yogurt
- Snack: protein bar; handful of grapes
- Snack: 6 sm. bison meatballs; brown rice cake w/sunflower seed butter
- Dinner: grilled chicken; veggies; 1/2 apple

- Snack: 4 bison meatballs; 12 canned pineapple chunks (no-sugar added)
