Day 21 Week 3

* Fasting
  • Snack: 1 cup Kashi Go-Lean Cereal w/ skim milk
  • Dinner: whole wheat Lasagna made w/ lean ground beef, Italian sausage, low-fat cottage cheese, low-fat mozzarella, tomato sauce; spinach salad w/ feta, onion, bacon crumbles, craisins, very light dressing
  • Snack: tropical protein smoothie
Thank You to Hannah for a WONDERFUL dinner. I don't even like lasagna but that was really GREAT!!!

  • Breakfast: 2 whole grain protein pancakes w/ sugar free syrup; 2 slices turkey breast
  • Lunch: roast beef & Havarti on whole wheat w/ light miracle whip & mustard; green beans
  • Snack: protein bar
  • Dinner: whole wheat lasagna; spinach salad
  • Snack: tropical protein smoothie

I hated all the weight lifters at the gym too, but soon I realized how lame they were and totally got over it. I hope it goes better for you!!! :)
