Day 20 Week 3

FREE DAY...

Erna:

Exercise:
  • treadmill run - 15 minutes (intense)
* I Forgot the Day Care at the gym closes at 12pm. I showed up at 11:45!!!

Food Journal:
  • Snack: 1 oatmeal raisin cookie; 1 ''healthy cookie"
  • Breakfast: 2 whole-grain protein pancakes w/ strawberries, cool - whip & sugar free syrup; 2 slices turkey bacon
  • Snack: protein fruit smoothie w/ greens
  • Snack: protein bar
  • Dinner: Mexican Food - green chili beef & cheese enchiladas; chips & salsa; pina colada
  • Snack: fried ice cream; few bites of everyone else's desserts :)
What a waste!!! My dinner was cold I should have sent it back. Next free day better be a good one! :)

  • Muay Thai w/ abs - 2 hours
Food Journal:
  • Breakfast: 2 whole grain protein pancakes w/ sugar free syrup
  • Lunch: Whataburger - loaded double meat w/ cheese on wheat bun; lg. onion ring
  • Snack: muscle milk
  • Dinner: Mexican Food - green chili beef pollo fundido; chips & salsa
  • Snack: pan of chocolate chip cookie w/ ice cream ( pazzokie like); 1/2 apple pie chimi w/ ice cream
