- Snack: 1 oatmeal raisin cookie; 1 ''healthy cookie"
- Breakfast: 2 whole-grain protein pancakes w/ strawberries, cool - whip & sugar free syrup; 2 slices turkey bacon
- Snack: protein fruit smoothie w/ greens
- Snack: protein bar
- Dinner: Mexican Food - green chili beef & cheese enchiladas; chips & salsa; pina colada
- Snack: fried ice cream; few bites of everyone else's desserts :)

- Breakfast: 2 whole grain protein pancakes w/ sugar free syrup
- Lunch: Whataburger - loaded double meat w/ cheese on wheat bun; lg. onion ring
- Snack: muscle milk
- Dinner: Mexican Food - green chili beef pollo fundido; chips & salsa
- Snack: pan of chocolate chip cookie w/ ice cream ( pazzokie like); 1/2 apple pie chimi w/ ice cream
