Day 22 Week 4

Erna:

Exercise:
  • Treadmill run - 10 minutes
  • Upper body - circuit - 45 minutes
  • Abs
Food Journal:
  • Breakfast: 2 slices turkey bacon; 2 small protein pancakes w/ applesauce
  • Snack: protein bar
  • Lunch: whole wheat pita pizza topped w/marinara, mozzarella, basil, mushrooms, 1 crumbled turkey bacon, tomato, zucchini, squash, & mushroom
  • Snack: 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup yogurt & 1/2 cup pineapple
  • Dinner: Tuscan grilled chicken breast topped w/ tomato, basil & capers; green beans; 1/4 of Elle's grilled cheese
  • Snack: protein shake
Chris:

*Spent the day with an out-of-town client.

Exercise:
  • golf
Food Journal:
  • Good Egg - 2 scrambled eggs w/ tomatoes & onions; 4 slices bacon; 2 sm. whole wheat pancakes w/ sugar-free syrup
  • Snack: peanuts; ham & Swiss on whole wheat w/ lettuce, mayo & mustard
  • Lunch: Grand Lux Cafe - Cobb salad w/ roasted tomato vinaigrette on the side
  • Dinner: 1/2 chicken parm over spinach pasta; 1/2 Tuscan chicken; green beans
  • Snack: apple w/ sunflower seed butter
