- Breakfast: 2 slices turkey bacon; 2 small protein pancakes w/ applesauce
- Snack: protein bar
- Lunch: whole wheat pita pizza topped w/marinara, mozzarella, basil, mushrooms, 1 crumbled turkey bacon, tomato, zucchini, squash, & mushroom
- Snack: 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup yogurt & 1/2 cup pineapple
- Dinner: Tuscan grilled chicken breast topped w/ tomato, basil & capers; green beans; 1/4 of Elle's grilled cheese
- Snack: protein shake
*Spent the day with an out-of-town client.
Exercise:

- Good Egg - 2 scrambled eggs w/ tomatoes & onions; 4 slices bacon; 2 sm. whole wheat pancakes w/ sugar-free syrup
- Snack: peanuts; ham & Swiss on whole wheat w/ lettuce, mayo & mustard
- Lunch: Grand Lux Cafe - Cobb salad w/ roasted tomato vinaigrette on the side
- Dinner: 1/2 chicken parm over spinach pasta; 1/2 Tuscan chicken; green beans
- Snack: apple w/ sunflower seed butter
