- lower body circuit machines - 42 minutes
- abs
- Breakfast: 1 cup Kashi Go-Lean w/ skim milk; 2 boiled egg whites
- Snack: protein bar
- Lunch: turkey Ruben on sprouted wheat (mustard, low-fat Swiss, sauerkraut); 6 dried plums
- Snack: protein smoothie
- Dinner: turkey breast; veggies
Exercise:
- Muay Thai w/ Abs - 1hour
- Breakfast: ??? (oatmeal; egg whites)
- Snack: protein shake
- Lunch: Yard House - roasted turkey salad w/bacon, Gorgonzola & a spicy vinaigrette on the side
- Snack: ??? ( something healthy)
- Dinner: Jack in the Box - chicken fajita pita; few bites of the girls hamburger patties
- Snack: ??? (apple & sunflower seed butter)
