Day 17 Week 3

Exercise:
  • lower body circuit machines - 42 minutes
  • abs
Food Journal:

  • Breakfast: 1 cup Kashi Go-Lean w/ skim milk; 2 boiled egg whites
  • Snack: protein bar
  • Lunch: turkey Ruben on sprouted wheat (mustard, low-fat Swiss, sauerkraut); 6 dried plums
  • Snack: protein smoothie
  • Dinner: turkey breast; veggies

  • Muay Thai w/ Abs - 1hour

  • Breakfast: ??? (oatmeal; egg whites)
  • Snack: protein shake
  • Lunch: Yard House - roasted turkey salad w/bacon, Gorgonzola & a spicy vinaigrette on the side
  • Snack: ??? ( something healthy)
  • Dinner: Jack in the Box - chicken fajita pita; few bites of the girls hamburger patties
  • Snack: ??? (apple & sunflower seed butter)
