Day 15 Week 3

Trying to get back into the groove...

Erna:

Exercise:
  • Upper Body - resistance bands
  • Abs

Food Journal:

  • Breakfast: breakfast burrito (egg whites, pinto beans, cheese, spinach, salsa & low-carb whole wheat tortilla); 1 apple
  • Lunch: salmon; spinach; 1 sweet potato
  • Snack: protein bar; 1/2 sweet potato
  • Dinner: grilled chicken greek salad w/ vinegrette on the side; 1 apple w/ sunflower seed butter

  • Outside Run

Food Journal:

  • Breakfast: breakfast burrito ( eggs whites, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, salsa & low-carb whole wheat tortilla); 1 apple; 2 triscuits
  • Lunch: roast beef & havarti on wheat w/ light miricle whip & mustard
  • Snack: protein bar
  • Dinner: chopped salad w/ bacon, blue cheese,
