Day 14 Week 2

Back on the wagon...

  • Breakfast: whole wheat toast w/ butter buds; apple; turkey burger w/cheese, mushroom & marinara sauce
  • Lunch: turkey & cheese on whole wheat w/ lettuce, tomato & mustard; fruit leather
  • Dinner: chicken w/ wild rice; spinach
  • Snack: apple w/ sunflower seed butter

  • Breakfast: protein bar; jerky; apple
  • Lunch: 1 brisket taco (no tortilla); 1 green chili taco (soft flour/corn tortilla)
  • Dinner: chicken w/ wild rice; green beans
  • Snack: apple w/ sunflower seed butter
We slept in pretty late then spent the day traveling - our eating schedule was pretty thrown off.
