- Breakfast: french toast w/ peanut butter, sugar free cool whip & sugar free syrup; sausage; 1 brownie
- Lunch: cheeseburger w/ the works; fries & lg. coke
- Dinner: chips & salsa; 1 shrimp & 1 beef/chicken fajita w/ cheese, sour cream & salsa; pina colada ( virgin, of course)
- Snack: mini snickers bar, 3 mini crunch bars
- Snack: chocolate Oreo McFlurry
