Day 13 Week 2

FREE DAY...

Erna:
  • Outside run - 1 1/2 miles
Food Journal:
  • Snack: XL coke
  • Breakfast: french toast w/ peanut butter, sugar free cool whip & sugar free syrup; sausage; 1 brownie
  • Lunch: cheeseburger w/ the works; fries & lg. coke
  • Dinner: chips & salsa; 1 shrimp & 1 beef/chicken fajita w/ cheese, sour cream & salsa; pina colada ( virgin, of course)
  • Snack: mini snickers bar, 3 mini crunch bars
  • Snack: chocolate Oreo McFlurry
Okay, that was out of control!!! Talk about a sugar over-load... The first coke and the Mexican Food were the only things worth the cheat. The rest of it made me feel like CRAP! Back on the wagon tomorrow...

  • Snack: lg. chocolate milk shake
Wow!!! Chris actually had a "healthier" day than I did.
