Lunch: Pei Wei's - Mongolian Chicken ( steamed chicken w/ sauce on the side), 1 c. brown rice; edamame; sm. Starbucks non-fat Hot Chocolate
Snacks: Muscle Milk Light
Dinner: caprese salad w/ mixed greens; salmon w/ spinach; roasted potatoes; 1/2 serving of bananas foster ( not worth the cheat)
Snack: 1 brownie ( definitely worth the cheat)

- Treadmill run - 3/4 miles - 26 minutes
- Elliptical - 10 minutes
- Breakfast: egg whites; bowl of Special K w/ skim milk
- Lunch: Pei Wei's - lettuce wraps; edamame
- Snack: muscle milk
- Dinner: caprese salad; bread w/olive oil; chicken parm w/ spaghetti noodles; 1/2 serving of bananas foster
