Day 12 Week 2

Is there ever a good time to start eating healthy? Vacations make it so very hard...

Erna:

Exercise:
  • None

Food Journal:

Breakfast: egg whites, 2 oz steak, mixed steamed veggies; special K w/ skim milk
Lunch: Pei Wei's - Mongolian Chicken ( steamed chicken w/ sauce on the side), 1 c. brown rice; edamame; sm. Starbucks non-fat Hot Chocolate
Snacks: Muscle Milk Light
Dinner: caprese salad w/ mixed greens; salmon w/ spinach; roasted potatoes; 1/2 serving of bananas foster ( not worth the cheat)
Snack: 1 brownie ( definitely worth the cheat)

Exercise:
  • Treadmill run - 3/4 miles - 26 minutes
  • Elliptical - 10 minutes
Food Journal:
  • Breakfast: egg whites; bowl of Special K w/ skim milk
  • Lunch: Pei Wei's - lettuce wraps; edamame
  • Snack: muscle milk
  • Dinner: caprese salad; bread w/olive oil; chicken parm w/ spaghetti noodles; 1/2 serving of bananas foster
