- Snack: protein smoothie w/berries & flax seed oil
- Lunch: oriental chicken salad; apple; dehydrated veggies
- Snack: Activia yogurt; jerky; dehydrated veggies
- Snack: Muscle Milk Light ( protein drink)
- Dinner: Zteja's - mixed green salad w/ red wine vinaigrette on the side; 4 oz. new york strip steak; steamed mixed veggies

- Breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 2 whole eggs, bacon, cheddar, lettuce & tomato; 16oz fruit smoothie
- Lunch: oriental chicken salad
- Snack: jerky; protein bar
- Snack: muscle milk light
- Dinner: Zteja's - mixed green salad, parmesan cheese w/ fry bread croutons & blue cheese dressing on the side; burger (no bun), cheddar cheese, bacon & BBQ sauce; 2 oz of Erna's steak
