Day 11 Week 2

Austin-bound - The true test of will power begins...

Erna:

Exercise:
  • Outside Run - 2 1/4 miles in 20 minutes
Food Journal:
  • Breakfast: protein bar
  • Snack: protein smoothie w/berries & flax seed oil
  • Lunch: oriental chicken salad; apple; dehydrated veggies
  • Snack: Activia yogurt; jerky; dehydrated veggies
  • Snack: Muscle Milk Light ( protein drink)
  • Dinner: Zteja's - mixed green salad w/ red wine vinaigrette on the side; 4 oz. new york strip steak; steamed mixed veggies

  • Personal Prayer

  • AM - outside run - 2 miles - 18 minutes
  • PM - outside run - 2 miles - 18 minutes
Food Journal:
  • Breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 2 whole eggs, bacon, cheddar, lettuce & tomato; 16oz fruit smoothie
  • Lunch: oriental chicken salad
  • Snack: jerky; protein bar
  • Snack: muscle milk light
  • Dinner: Zteja's - mixed green salad, parmesan cheese w/ fry bread croutons & blue cheese dressing on the side; burger (no bun), cheddar cheese, bacon & BBQ sauce; 2 oz of Erna's steak
