Day 7 Week 1

We did it - we survived Sunday dinner with the family!!!

Exercise:
  • N/A
Food Journal:
  • Breakfast: egg whites, spinach, ham, light swiss cheese, beans & salsa in a whole wheat tortilla
  • Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast; 1/2 apple
  • Dinner: veggie salad w/ balsamic; pork roast; small sweet potato
  • Snack: apple w/ sunflower seed butter
  • Snack: protein bar; 1/2 of a "healthy cookie" (protein powder, flax seed, wheat germ, spelt flour, 0 butter, etc.)

  • Breakfast: breakfast burrito (same as Erna's, minus the spinach)
  • Snack: protein shake w/ pineapple
  • Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast; 1/2 apple; spicy V-8
  • Dinner: salad; pork roast & roasted carrots
  • Snack: protein bar; 3 apple slices
  • Snack: 3 slices of ham, 1 slice light swiss cheese; apple & sunflower seed butter; 1/2 of a "healthy cookie"
Holy cow, this was a hard week... How will we ever survive the week ahead, which includes a trip to Austin Wednesday through Sunday with the two biggest eaters I know. You've never seen anyone eat like Chris and Debbie Spoja. :) We can and we will make it!
