Day 25 Week 4

Exercise:
  • Treadmill Run - 20 minutes - max speed - 8.20 mph - max incline - 10.0
Food Journal:
  • Breakfast: muscle milk
  • Snack: protein bar
  • Lunch: Subway - 6 inch turkey on honey wheat bread w/mustard, vinegar & lots of veggies
  • Snack: 6 inch sub ( other half from lunch)
  • Dinner: chicken Parmesan over spinach
  • Snack: 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese w/ Activia yogurt & pineapple

* Chris was driving all over the Valley today with clients and eating meals out. It was a bit tough to keep to the program.
