- Snack: protein bar
- Lunch: Subway - 6 inch turkey on honey wheat bread w/mustard, vinegar & lots of veggies
- Snack: 6 inch sub ( other half from lunch)
- Dinner: chicken Parmesan over spinach
- Snack: 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese w/ Activia yogurt & pineapple
