Day 2 Week 1

"STRIVE FOR CONSISTENCY AND NOT PERFECTION"

Exercise:

Muay Thai w/ Abs - 1 hour
Elliptical - Cross Country Course - 45 minutes - 4.10 miles

Food Journal:
Breakfast: fruit & veggie protein shake
Snack: South Beach Diet protein bar
Lunch: chicken, quinoa, spinach & black beans
Snack: grapes; brown rice cake w/sunflower seed butter
Snack: 3/4 c. Kashi Go-Lean Cereal mixed w/ 3/4 c. Kashi Vive & skim milk
Dinner: 3 slices turkey breast; raw broccoli w/ hummus

*Feeling very lethargic today. I added a 3rd snack into my day and 1 packet of Crystal Light Energy. Feeling much better. :)
