As of today these are the changes I have made. Not much as far as weight goes however, I am losing a few inches here and there. I am not looking to lose weight - I just want to firm up and tone.
- Calf - 13 inches
- Thigh - 21 1/2 in.
- Hips - 36 1/2 in.
- Lower abs - 31 in.
- Middle abs - 29 3/4 in.
- Upper abs - 26 3/4 in.
- Chest - 36 3/4 in.
- Arm - 10 1/2 in.
- Neck - 12 1/2 in.

- Middle Abs - 30 1/2 in.
- Upper Abs - 27 in.
- Chest - 37 1/2 in.
