Week 7

With a few bumps along the way I am still going...

As of today these are the changes I have made. Not much as far as weight goes however, I am losing a few inches here and there. I am not looking to lose weight - I just want to firm up and tone.

  • Calf - 13 inches
  • Thigh - 21 1/2 in.
  • Hips - 36 1/2 in.
  • Lower abs - 31 in.
  • Middle abs - 29 3/4 in.
  • Upper abs - 26 3/4 in.
  • Chest - 36 3/4 in.
  • Arm - 10 1/2 in.
  • Neck - 12 1/2 in.
Total Weight - 139. lbs

7 Weeks ago...

  • Calf - 13 in.
  • Thigh - 21 3/4 in.
  • Hips - 37 in.
  • Lower Abs - 32 3/4 in.
  • Middle Abs - 30 1/2 in.
  • Upper Abs - 27 in.
  • Chest - 37 1/2 in.
  • Arm - 10 3/4 in.
  • Neck - 12 1/2 in.
Total Weight - 141. lbs
