Day 9 Week 2

Does it make me crazy that I bake cookies to help curb my sweet tooth? I like to make other people eat them...

Erna:
Exercise:
  • Muay Thai w/ Abs - 1 hour
  • Treadmill Run - Random Setting - 20 minutes, 2 miles @ 10 mph
Food Journal:
Breakfast: 1 slice dry wheat toast topped with 3 egg whites, light swiss, tomatoes & spinach
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: balsamic chicken, green beans, 1 cup brown rice
Snack: Activia yogurt w/ 1 Tbsp. low-fat cottage cheese; sm. salmon steak
Dinner: Chipotle - salad w/ chicken, little bit of 1/2 black beans, 1/2 pinto beans & pico
Snack: protein bar

  • Dinner: Chipotle - burrito bowl w/ lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa & barbacoa
  • Snack: protein bar
