No Ordinary Elle

Our little Princess.
Loves to try new things.
Always concerned with personal safety.
Extremely fashion forward.
Needs to work on her 'Hide & Seek' skills.
Wearing the shirt off a stuffed animal
Walked around the house like this for an entire night.

Always manages to stay in character.

Woke her up from a nap only to find a bunch of string cheese under the covers.

She refused to sleep in her bed for several months because she just HAD to be on the floor next to Fenway (bottom right). We lost her in the middle of the night......and found her asleep on the laundry room floor.

  • Elle really is something else. She always has a glow about her that makes everyone smile the minute she walks into a room. A few weeks ago a lady at church said, "If only we could bottle what she has going on and share it with everybody."
  • Elle's a very sensitive little girl & very loving towards her family. She is always there to give a hug or a kiss to someone in need.
  • She is always making us laugh with her quirky personality & always seems to turn a bad situation into a good one. For example, Ry had to have her blood drawn at the doctor's office the other day. It took three of us to hold her down while she kicked & screamed & Elle was there to witness all the drama. Immediately after the nurse removed the needle from Ry's arm, Elle says "My turn!" When told that she didn't need to have blood drawn that day, Elle was crushed. The technician laughed,"Well, that's a first. It immediately lowered my stress back to a healthy level & kept a smile on my face the rest of the day.
  • Favorite Songs - I'm So Glad When Daddy Comes Home (always changes who is coming home, usually Grammy) & Jingle Bells.
  • Favorite Food -Macaroni & Cheese, Ramen Noodles, Milk, Candy
  • Best Friends - Fenway & Ryleigh

That is such a sweet tribute to her. She is hilarious! It's good you wrote all this down with the pictures, because you'll definitely want to pull those out again sometime. I still can't get over the doctor visit...she's a little daredevil!
